Development and Pre-launch process
If your company has reached phase two, this means that we are officially in business! Firstly, we will complete the legalities (Contract, NDA’s etc.) and then a workflow diagram with a carefully estimated timeline will be drafted. This will ensure that the project is goal orientated with set deadlines which will be transparent to the entire team.
